MZTC9822S: Wired Network and 100W Charging From One Port
The MZTC9822S delivers wired ethernet and 100W USB-C charging through one port: aluminum network adapter and charger in one, for laptops with no room to spare.
Modern laptops made a quiet trade: fewer ports in exchange for thinner machines, and the first casualty was ethernet. The workaround usually costs the second most valuable port, because a USB-C ethernet adapter occupies the very socket the charger needs. The MZTC9822S, the newest aluminum adapter in the Mattzon RJ45 line, is the designed answer: wired network and full-speed charging through one port, in one pocket-size aluminum body.
One Port, Two Jobs
The specification, straight from the product page: an aluminum alloy USB-C to RJ45 adapter delivering 1,000Mbps wired networking, with USB-C Power Delivery pass-through at up to 100W. The chain reads simply: the wall charger plugs into the adapter, the adapter plugs into the laptop's single USB-C port, and that port now carries a stable wired connection and full-speed charging simultaneously. The laptop stays on the wire for the long video call, and the battery climbs while it works. No choice between network and power, which was never a choice anyone wanted to make.
The Charging Specification
Pass-through charging is the specification that separates serious adapters from dongles. A poorly engineered pass-through drops wattage, negotiates slowly or heats under load, and the laptop pays in charging time. The MZTC9822S is specified for USB-C PD at up to 100W, the class that covers professional laptops at full charge rate, and its aluminum alloy body doubles as the thermal path that keeps the adapter composed while network and power flow together.
